Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using CataPro AI Studio (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides AI-powered tools to help merchants automate product operations, including:

• AI image grouping and similarity detection
• AI-generated product titles, descriptions and metadata
• Image enhancement and optimization
• Bulk product creation and organization
• Optional watermark removal tools

3. Data Handling & Storage

We follow strict Shopify App Store data policies. To protect merchant privacy:

• We DO NOT store product images, media, titles, descriptions, pricing, or catalog data.
• We DO NOT store any content generated by AI.
• All images are processed temporarily in memory and automatically deleted after processing.
• We only store the minimum required data: Shopify shop ID, shop domain, and billing identifiers.
• You may request deletion of your stored data at any time via email.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the rights to use any images you upload
• Reviewing all AI-generated text and images before publishing
• Backing up your product data before making changes
• Complying with all laws applicable to your products
• Not using AI to generate illegal or infringing content

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All AI-generated text, images, recommendations, and grouping results are provided “as-is” for convenience only. The App does not guarantee that AI results will be:

• Accurate
• Error-free
• Complete
• Compliant with legal or regulatory requirements

You acknowledge that you must manually review all AI-generated outputs before publishing them to your Shopify store and that you assume full responsibility for any use of AI-generated content.

6. Payment, Credits & Billing

Some features require credits or paid plans. By purchasing credits or subscribing through Shopify Billing, you agree that:

• All charges are handled through Shopifyʼs secure billing system
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Credit usage is final once an action begins processing
• You are responsible for any charges incurred on your account

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability, but we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Maintenance, outages, or third-party issues may affect performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CataPro AI Studio is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, sales or revenue
• Data loss or corruption
• Errors in AI-generated content
• Incorrect categorization or grouping of images
• Publishing inaccurate product information
• Product removal, policy violations, or store penalties

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using the App and uninstall it.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. When uninstalled, all stored merchant data required by Shopify will be deleted promptly according to Shopify’s Data Deletion Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
